T-Mobile tweets that its stores face a one to two week delay in launching the Samsung Galaxy S4

T-Mobile tweets that its stores face a one to two week delay in launching the Samsung Galaxy S4After T-Mobile announced on Tuesday evening that its online launch of the Samsung Galaxy S4 would be pushed back 5 days to April 29th,
the carrier sent out a fateful tweet on Wednesday about the handset's launch in T-Mobilestores. Originally set to launch at its retail location on May 1st, the nation's fourth largest carrier will now offer the new Android flagship model from select stores on May 8th with the device finally available at all stores on May 15th. That means that some T-Mobile retail locations now face a two-week delay before launching the highly anticipated phone.According to the tweet, the price of the SamsungGalaxy S4 will be $630. Assuming that the carrier will keep the 24 monthly installments at $20 for the device, the down payment required should be $150. While it wasn't mentioned on the tweet, the price is most likely for the 16GB variant of the phone. Inventory issues had earlier been cited for the delay in launching the phone online.

Sprint also had bad news on Wednesday for its customers waiting to purchase the SamsungGalaxy S4 on Saturday from its retail locations. The carrier has delayed indefinitely, Samsung Galaxy S4 sales at its stores until it has an acceptable level of inventory. It will continue to take online and phone orders starting on Saturday.
