iSkin Exo Samsung Galaxy S4 case hands-on

iSkin Exo Samsung Galaxy S4 case hands-onTaking more of an aggressive stance than anything else, the iSkin Exo Samsung Galaxy S4 case might not be all that fashion conscious with its appearance, but more importantly, it looks as though it brings forth some much-needed protection.
Unlike some of other fully ruggedized cases out there, the iSkin Exo has enough to protect the prized smartphone from most bumps and bruises – without adding a whole lot of bulk to its size.

Constructed from this tough plastic material, which so happens to keep a clean appearance at all times, we get that sense of ruggedness from the rubbery bumper grips around its sides, which helps to give us a firm grip on the handset. Even with the added protection, it’s nice that it doesn’t add a whole lot of bulk to the smartphone’s slim profile. Better yet, it’s nice that they thought ahead by putting on raised bumpers around the corners of the case so that the display doesn’t come into contact when it’s placed faced down.

Something rarely seen with cases in general, the iSkin Exo case features MicroBan anti-microbial product protection so the case works to inhibit the growth of odor and stain-causing bacteria. Essentially, it helps to keep the case smelling and looking like new – even if it comes into contact with greasy fingers and ears more often than none. So how much for this semi-rugged, bacteria repellent case? Thankfully, it’s only priced at $29.99 online, which isn’t too bad if you’re a fan of its aggressive design style.
